Sales Policy - Smartscript Solutions

This sales policy covers all sales of software made at SmartscriptSolutions.com.

Product Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, your software will be available for download from the member's area. As soon as the payment is received, our system will automatically generate your member log in information. By receiving this email, you are ackowledging and accepting delivery of Domain Trader.

Technical Support

You are entitled to free technical support from the date of your purchase. The duration of support will range from 1 month to lifetime, depending on which Domain Trader package is purchased. If your technical support package expires, you will be billed for technical support at $40/hour.

New Licenses

You will be issued a license key upon your purchase. Unless otherwise stated, your purchase entitles you to 1 license of our software that is valid on 1 domain only. In case you require additional licenses, they can be purchase separately.

Pre-Owned Licenses

There is a $500 license transfer fee for any license which you purchase outside of Smartscript Solutions. Purchasing a license externally does not come with any technical support, which can be purchased separately at the rate of $40/hour. Failure to notify us of license transfer will result in immediate termination of your license.

Refunds

All payments to Smartscript Solutions are non-refundable. This includes one time setup fees, prepayment fees, customization fees and subsequent charges regardless of actual usage of our software.
